To protect user funds and platform transaction security, every order placed on KILEETER will automatically go through payment authorization verification, real-name risk identification and anti-fraud system screening. Your payment service provider, card-issuing bank or relevant financial institution may trigger additional identity validation requests, reject individual transactions, or place a temporary fund authorization hold during checkout.
KILEETER has no control or authority over transaction approval results, bank authorization workflows, fund holding duration, and final fund release rules. All abnormal interception and review behaviors are independently judged by financial institutions based on user credit status, transaction risk level and local financial supervision policies.

Pricing, Taxes & Additional Charges
All final product prices, standard shipping fees, applicable regional sales taxes, exclusive promotional discounts and order total amount will be fully and transparently displayed on the checkout page before you confirm payment. You can check all billing details in advance to ensure no hidden charges.
Any foreign exchange fees, cross-border currency conversion costs, bank handling charges, card issuer service surcharges and other incidental fees (if applicable) are independently formulated and charged by your payment bank or financial institution. These fees are outside the management and control scope of KILEETER, and we will not bear any resulting costs and disputes.
Discount Codes & Promo Rules
All discount codes and promotional vouchers must be manually entered and appliedbefore you finalize checkout and complete payment. Each promo code is subject to independent activity terms, usage thresholds, applicable product ranges, validity periods and eligibility restrictions specified by the corresponding promotion rules.
Unless otherwise officially specified in writing, all discount codes cannot be stacked with other concurrent promotions, exchanged for cash, transferred to other user accounts, or retroactively applied to completed, paid or shipped orders. The platform reserves the right to cancel preferential benefits for orders that violate promotional rules.
